For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 6 - Bone in skin on chicken thighs
- 2 lbs red potatoes – sliced in wedges
- 1 medium sweet onion – sliced in wedges
- 8 oz barbeque sauce
- ¾ cup Italian salad dressing
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz beer
Directions
- In any non-stick CanCooker place the two-piece rack on the bottom and add the chicken thighs. In a separate bowl mix the barbeque sauce, Italian dressing, beer, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce together until well blended. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on medium for 15 minutes. Turn over the chicken thighs and add potatoes and onions. Cover and continue to simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and vegetables from the CanCooker. Top with additional sauce if desired.

This is our “Go To” meal when we arrive late at a campground. You can fix the sauce mix ahead of time and it’s very easy to get going while you are setting up. It’s a great meal! -
Made this for my first recipe. It wasn’t as pretty as this photo but it was super “fall of the bone” chicken. I put potatoes, and carrots on top of my chicken. I also used chicken leg quarters that I split in half. Was very satisfied with my new kitchen pot.
This was pretty good chicken! My first meal with the can cooker.
Will definitely eat it again.
