Salmon with Crabmeat

  • 2 medium salmon filets
  • 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • 6 oz can crabmeat
  • ¼ cup plain Panko
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 oz water


Insert the two-piece stainless steel rack into the CanCooker and add water. Mix the crabmeat, panko, mayonnaise and seasoned salt in a small bowl.  Put each filet into a small baking dish.  Top each filet with half the crabmeat mixture, 2 tablespoons of white wine, a couple drops of lemon juice and a tablespoon of butter.

Put the baking dishes on top of the racks, latch the lid and place the CanCooker on a low to medium heat. Steam for 12 minutes. Remove the CanCooker from the heat and let stand a couple of minutes. Carefully remove the baking dishes. Sprinkle with a little more seasoned salt and serve.
