- 1 can 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb mild breakfast sausage
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
Bake biscuits as instructed on the can. Meanwhile, in a non-stick CanCooker Jr. or Companion cook sausage on a medium-low heat until browned. Add tomatoes with green chilies and cream cheese to the browned sausage. Stir frequently until all ingredients are blended. Serve immediately on top of baked biscuits.
