- 12 Ounces of Water
- 10-25 Clams
- Lemon Juice
- Creole Seasoning
Place 2-piece rack inside CanCooker
Add 12 ounces of water.
Add your clams.
Cook on medium low heat for about 7 minutes.
Open lid & check to see if all clams opened.
(Throw away any clams that are still closed)
Season clams to taste & enjoy!
