- 3 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 lb. bacon, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tbsp. CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
Place your Non-Stick CanCooker on a heat source on low, medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until it starts to get crispy. Add sweet potatoes, onion, celery, rosemary and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and mix together in CanCooker. Place lid on CanCooker and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Turn off heat and remove lid, let rest for 2-3 minutes and then plate, removing sprig branches.
