- 6 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ Tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 ½ pounds hamburger
- 3 Tablespoons chopped onion
- 6 Hamburger buns
- Condiments: ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions (optional)
Combine ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
Coat inside of CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the hamburger mixture into the CanCooker. Add enough water to cover the hamburger mixture. Close and latch the CanCooker’s lid and place on a low to medium heat.
Once the cooker starts to steam, cook for 20 – 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Use a straining spoon to portion out the meat. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
