- 6 Tilapia filets
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 8 lemon wedges
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 12 oz water
Place the rack on bottom of the CanCooker, coat inside with non-stick cooking spray and add 12 oz water.
Place lemon wedges on rack and top with tilapia filets. Mix together the butter, garlic and dill and place mixture on top filets. Latch lid and steam on low-med heat for 10 minutes. Carefully open the lid and place the asparagus on top of filets. Steam for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat using oven mitts and let cool for 5 min and enjoy!
This made my asparagus just perfect where it was not overcooked and mushy also the flavor from the lemon and the way it infuses into everything is second to none.
