- 1 turkey tenderloin, split in half
- 2 tbsp or 3 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning™
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 16 oz chicken stock
In any CanCooker place rack inside can and add chicken stock. Place turkey tenderloin on the rack inside CanCooker, then add celery and season with rosemary and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning™.
Cook on low Medium heat for 30 minutes after CanCooker begins to steam. Turkey is done when internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove turkey tenderloin from CanCooker and plate for serving.
Finish with salt & pepper or use CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning™ to taste.
NOTE: This is perfect main dish for a small Thanksgiving dinner.
Its always hard to find a new way to make turkey better and this recipe does just that. A delicious and very quick meal that does not dry out my wild turkey.
