Description
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 6 slices thick peppered bacon
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional)
- Balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS:
In a non-stick CanCooker combine Brussels sprouts, minced garlic and bacon. Cook on low medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts start to brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer Brussels sprouts and bacon to a serving platter; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
