Bacon Fried Corn

Ingredients
- 1 lb. bacon – chopped into ½ inch thick pieces
- 4 cups corn kernels – fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup sliced green onions – white and green parts
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp parsley – chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source cook the bacon until it starts to get crispy.
- Push the bacon to the side of the CanCooker to continue cooking.
- Add the corn kernels into the CanCooker and cook the corn for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the green onions to the corn mixture stir to incorporate the bacon.
- Season with the paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
