- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, sugars, and cinnamon.Use an apple corer and slicer to cut the apple. Important -- Push only 3/4 down and cut out core.The apple needs to stay intact to fill with caramel and butter mixture.Place apple in a dish and fill each apple with a caramel square then brush melted butter mixture on top and inside of apple. You can fit 2 small 4 inch dishes in the CanCooker.Place a rack inside the CanCooker and add 12 oz water or apple juice. Set the dish on the rack, close lid and steam on med low heat until apples are tender and caramels are softly melted. Approximately 15-20 minutes.Carefully remove the dish with tongs as it will be hot.Serve warm with ice cream and drizzle with caramel

- 1 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Apples
- 4 Chewy Caramel Squares
- Vanilla Ice Cream
