ยฝ lb. bulk pork sausage
- 12 large eggs
- ยฝ cup onion โ chopped
- ยผ green pepper โ chopped
- ยฝ tsp salt

ยผ tsp CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt

ยผ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 heavy duty muffin liners

Directions
In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source, cook sausage until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles.
- Drain off excess grease and wipe with a paper towel and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs.
- Add onion, green pepper, CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt and CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning.
- Stir in the cheese and sausage.
- Spray liners with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill the cupcake liners ยพ full of the egg batter.
- Place the 2-piece rack on the bottom of the CanCooker and add water to the bottom of the rack.
- Place 6 of the muffins on the rack and steam for 30 minutes.
- Using tongs carefully remove the muffins from the CanCooker.
- Repeat with the additional 6 muffins.
