- In any CanCooker, melt butter on a medium-to-medium low heat source. When butter has melted add vegetables and sauté until softened. Season vegetables with CanCooker Original Seasoned.
- Add beaten eggs and cottage cheese to the CanCooker, mixing well. Cook for 5-8 minutes until the eggs scramble. Mix in cheese and continue to cook until cheese has melted.

- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
