- Mix together flour, parsley, and basil in a medium bowl.
- Add chicken strips and toss until well coated.
- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source heat olive oil.
- Add chicken and cook, turning occasionally until lightly browned – about 10 minutes.
- Add in garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the chicken stock, mixed vegetables, grape tomatoes, green onions, zucchini and pesto.
- Stirring occasionally, until heated through about 10 minutes.

- 1 ½ lbs skinless boneless chicken strips
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 ¼ cups chicken stock
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1- pint grape tomatoes
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto
