Ingredients
- 1 packet chocolate chip muffin mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 mini disposable loaf pan
Directions
- Spray mini loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl add the muffin mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs.
- Stir to combine until well mixed.
- Place the 2-piece rack into any CanCooker and add 12 ounces of water.
- Place the loaf pan onto the rack.
- On a medium-to-medium low heat source steam the bread for 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the CanCooker and let cool.
