Creamy Cajun Shrimp & Sausage

Ingredients
- 4 Italian Hot Sausages
- 24 -30 shrimp – peeled and deveined
- 1 small onion – diced
- 1 cup mushrooms – sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper – sliced
- 2 cloves garlic – minced

2 tbsp CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional – Cooked rice or pasta

Directions
- Slice the sausage and place in any CanCooker.
- On a medium-to-medium low heat source cook the sausage until browned, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- When the sausage has browned, add the shrimp to the CanCooker.
- Season with CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning and toss to combine.
- Add in the onion, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is translucent and cooked through.
- Add the tomato sauce and the heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Let simmer for 3-5 minutes and serve.
- Can be served with rice or your favorite pasta.
