Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

1 (6-oz.) package fresh baby spinach, chopped

1/3 cup refrigerated pesto sauce

1 (15-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce

1/4 cup chicken broth

12 oz. uncooked penne pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions

2 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken

4 oz. pre-shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)

2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

1/2 tsp CanCooker Butter Garlic Seasoning

1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions in any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source. Drain pasta and set aside.
- Add Alfredo sauce, chicken broth and CanCooker Butter Garlic seasoning to CanCooker on medium-to-medium low heat, stir together and add spinach and stir into heated sauce, then add cooked pasta and chopped chicken. Gently stir ingredients together, top with mozzarella cheese.
Keep on medium low heat until spinach has wilted and cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes. Stir to blend in the cheese, sprinkle with paprika and top with chopped basil.
