A new angle on an old veggie. Even the kids will eat this one! You can substitute fresh dill, 2 to 3 fresh sprigs dill for the dried dill weed.

2 yellow squashes

2 teaspoons dried dill weed

1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Slice the zucchini and yellow squash.ย
- Melt butter in any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source, add the sliced vegetables.ย
Sautรฉ for 10 minutes before seasoning with salt, pepper and dill.
- Continue to sautรฉ for 10 additional minutes before adding the lemon juice.ย
Stir the vegetables well and remove from heat. Serve hot.
