Garlic Herb Salmon Sliders

- In a large bowl combine panko crumbs, shallot, dill, horseradish, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, add in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Mix lightly and then shape into eight ½ inch patties.
- On a medium-to-medium low heat source place 4 patties in the CanCooker.
- Cook 3-4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Repeat with remaining 4 patties.
- Serve on rolls with spreadable cheese and lettuce.

- 1 ½ tbsp or more to taste – prepared horseradish

8 whole wheat dinner rolls - split and roasted
