- In any CanCooker melt butter on a medium-to-medium low heat source. Add vegetables and sauté until softened. Add beaten eggs and ham, cook for 5-8 minutes until eggs are done. Mix in cheese and continue to cook until cheese has melted. Season with CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt.

- 1 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp CanCooker Original Seasoned Salt
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups cooked ham
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
