1 tbsp salted butter or olive oil

1 yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 jalapeรฑo seeded and diced

4 cups frozen corn or fresh (5 to 6 ears)

8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature

โ cup mayo

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

ยผ cup fresh chopped cilantro

1 ยฝ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Directions
In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, paprika, and cayenne.
In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source melt the butter/oil.
Add the onions, garlic, and jalapeรฑo, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the onions are
