Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
- 2 – 14 oz cans diced tomatoes with onion and garlic – undrained
- 2 – 14 oz cans beef broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 – 16 oz package small frozen cooked Italian style meatballs
- 2 cups frozen Italian blend vegetables
- 1 cup small star-shaped dried pasta
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source add in the tomatoes, beef broth, water, Italian seasoning, meatballs, vegetables and pasta.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through and the pasta is tender.
- Divide the soup among bowls and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
