Lemon Pepper Fish with Mushrooms

- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat melt the butter.
- Add mushrooms, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning and garlic, cook until tender about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the tilapia fillets over the mushrooms and sprinkle with paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Place the lid on the CanCooker and steam for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Top with tomato and green onions and serve.

- ½ lb. fresh mushrooms
- ¾ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning

- 4 tilapia fillets
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 3 green onions
