A hearty chili made using Mexican Chorizo and Turkey.

Ingredients
- 1ย Tbsp.ย vegetable or olive oil
- 1ย lb.ย chorizoย cut from casings
- 4ย garlic clovesย chopped
- 1ย onionย chopped
- 1ย red or green bell pepperย chopped
- 1ย Tbsp.ย coriander
- 1ย Tbspย cumin
- 1ย 15 oz.ย can of diced tomatoes
- 1ย Lb.ย cooked turkey breastย diced
- 2-3ย cupsย chicken stock
- 2ย Tbsp.ย pureed chipotles in adobo
- 2ย Tbsp.ย cornmeal
- 1ย Tbspย honey
- Chili flavored tortilla chips or Fritosยฉ
- Lime wedges

Directions
- Put olive oil and chorizo in any CanCooker and place on a medium-to-medium low heat source, crumbling the meat as it cooks.
- Add the garlic, onions and pepper and cook until soften, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the coriander, cumin, and the tomatoes.
- Then add the turkey, stock, chipotles, cornmeal and honey.
- Place lid on the CanCooker and cook for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle soup into bowls, top with chips and serve with a lime wedge.
