Mexican Steak Fajitas

Quick and easy with a ton of great flavors. Skirt steak could be substituted for the top sirloin.

ยฝ cup orange juice

ยผ cup white vinegar

4 garlic cloves, minced (ยพ tsp garlic powder)

2 tsp CanCooker Original Season Salt

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

ยผ tsp cayenne pepper

1 lb. beef top sirloin steak, cut into ยผ inch strips

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green pepper, sliced
- ยฝย sweet red pepper, sliced
- ยฝย yellow pepper sliced

2 tbsp olive oil
-
6 flour tortillas (10 inch)

Shredded cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream

Directions
In a large bowl combine orange juice, vinegar, minced garlic, and seasonings, stir together well, add beef and stir to coat, set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source, add onions and peppers sautรฉ until tender crisp, remove and set aside.
Drain marinade from beef and discard, add 1 tbsp oil to CanCooker, add beef and cook until desired doneness, 2 to 4 minutes.
Return vegetables to the CanCooker and heat through, spoon meat onto heated tortillas and top with cheese, salsa and sour cream if desired.
