This dip can be served warm or cold. If you prefer a milder spiced dip omit the red pepper flakes and use a mild Italian sausage, still tastes amazing.

1 lb bulk spicy Italian sausage

2 sweet red peppers, diced

3 jalapeno peppers, seeded with membranes removed, diced

1 cup whole milk

2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup hredded mozerella cheese

ยผ tsp red pepper flakes

- Add Italian sausage to any CanCooker set on a medium-to-medium low heat source, sautรฉ sausage for 6 to 8 minutes until no longer pink, breaking up cooked sausage into crumbles.ย
Add red peppers and jalapenos to CanCooker with cooked sausage and sautรฉ until vegetables begin to soften.
- Add milk and softened cream cheese to CanCooker, stir until cream cheese is melted, add mozzarella cheese and stir.ย
- Heat covered on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.ย
Serve with vegetables and tortilla chips.
