Place prepared potatoes in any CanCooker, add water to cover. Bring water to boil, reduce heat and cook uncovered on low to medium low heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix mayonnaise blend with vinegar, oil, dill, salt, pepper and sugar.ย
Drizzle dressing over warm potatoes, toss to coat, stir in onion. Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftovers.
