- 6 strips of bacon
- 1 (60 ounce) package frozen California Blend, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounces) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
In any non-stick CanCooker on medium heat cook the bacon until crisp; remove and drain well on paper towel then crumble.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, cheese soup, milk and shredded cheese, place on the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium low heat stirring occasionally.
Place in a dish, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
The cheese addition just adds so much to these vegetables. Have just had this by itself for a simple and easy supper.
