- 2 cans (55 ounces) pork and beans
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 5 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
In any non-stick CanCooker add bacon strips and cook on medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain all the grease leaving approximately 1 tablespoon grease in the CanCooker. Add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Combine the remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium low; cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring well with a wooden spoon.
