Add onions, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and beef and pour in the mixed ingredients. Latched lid and heat on medium/low and cook for 20 minutes. Take the CanCooker off the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Pour into a large bowl and serve over a bed of rice.
