Pesto-Stuffed Pork Loin

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp basil pesto
  • 3 lb boneless pork loin
  • 3 tbsp CanCooker Creole Seasoning
  • 12 oz beef broth


Stir together feta and pesto in a bowl. Filet open pork loin and rub inside with 1 tbsp CanCooker Creole Seasoning.

Add pesto and feta mix inside pork loin. Roll pork loin to close and secure with toothpicks.

Rub outside of pork loin with remaining CanCooker Creole Seasoning. 

Place 2-piece rack in CanCooker and add beef broth. Place loin on rack and latch lid.

Steam on medium low for 40 minutes.
