INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (46 ounces) V8 juice

  • 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon CanCooker all-purpose seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a non-stick CanCooker cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 8 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium to medium low heat for 30-40 minutes.
