For use with any CanCooker
Ingredients
- 8 Hot Dogs or Brats
- 24 ounces Dark Beer Any beer works, but dark beer is better
- Hot Dog/Brat Buns
Directions
- Soak desired amount of hot dogs or brats in 12 oz. of dark beer for 30 minutes. After soaking, place the hot dogs or brats in the CanCooker and add 12 oz. of beer. Steam on low to medium heat for about 20-25 minutes. Serve on warm hot dog/brat buns. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
