For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Beef Cut into ½ inch thin strips
- 1 Onion Cut into small wedges
- 1 Carrot Cut into 2" julienne strips
- 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 2 cups Broccoli Flowerets
- ½ pound Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 ¼ cup Water
- ⅓ cup Soy Sauce
- ⅓ cup Corn Syrup
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
- In a bowl mix the water and corn starch until smooth, then stir in soy sauce, corn syrup, red pepper and garlic. Spray non-stick cooking spray inside the CanCooker. Add onions, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and beef and pour in the mixed ingredients. Latched lid and heat on medium/low and cook for 20 minutes. Take the CanCooker off the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Pour into a large bowl and serve over a bed of rice. Note: You can increase or decrease the amount of ingredients in this recipe but please make sure to use at least 12 oz. of liquid.
Finally a healthy meal my kids enjoy! – It so tough finding a healthy meal that my kids will actually eat. I used mountain dew in this recipe and my kids absolutely love it! They think its really cool that the vegetables “have mountain dew in them” haha
