For use with any CanCooker

Beef & Gnocchi


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese grated
  • 1 17.5 oz Gnocchi prepared as instructed
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes


  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source cook beef and garlic until beef is no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. 
  • Addtomato paste, chili sauce and zucchini put lid on CanCooker and steam for 5minutes.
  • Add Ricotta, Romano cheeses and sun dried tomatoes, mix until well combined.
  • Add pre-cooked Gnocchi and cook until warmed through.  Serve immediately.
