For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- ⅓ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
Directions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add about 3/4 of the marinade into a 1-gallon ziplock bag for the meat. Add the remainder to a second bag for the vegetables. Add the beef and vegetables to their bags, mix well, and seal after removing as much air as possible. Refrigerate for at least an hour and longer if possible. When ready to cook add 1 tablespoon oil into the CanCooker and heat over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the veggies and meat. Sear meat and saute’ vegetables for 5-7 minutes. Add ½ cup of beef broth, place on lid and steam for 10 minutes on low medium heat until desired doneness.Serve with heated tortillas, sour cream, cheese, salsa and guacamole.

This Recipe turned out full of flavor. Excellent marinade for the beef. -
I added 1 to 2 teaspoons of corn starch to thicken but I used an older version of the Beef Steak Fajitas
Beef Steak Fajitas
Ingredients:
• 1 red pepper, sliced into strips
• 1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
• 1 green pepper, sliced into strips
• 1 large onion, sliced into strips
• 1 pound of flank or skirt steak Trim well and cut into strips about 1/4 inch
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I like Olive oil)
• 1/2 cup of beef broth
• 1 – 2 teaspoon of corn starch to thicken*
Steak Fajita Marinade
• 1/4 cup Lime Juice (shake lime container)
• 1/3 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 cloves Garlic Crushed

• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1/2 tsp onion/Pepper Seasoning (1/4 onion powder – 1/4 black pepper)
Serve with:
• Flour Tortillas
• Sour Cream
• Cheese
• Salsa
• Spanish Fried Rice
• Refried Beans

Made this last night… I did add some chili flake’s to the mix. Really tasty definitely will make it again -
