For use with any CanCooker

Buffalo Cauliflower


  • 5.5 lbs cauliflower florets
  • 2 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • water


  • Mix cauliflower, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until the cauliflower is well coated.  In any CanCooker,place the rack onto the bottom and add water to the rack. Add cauliflower and place on a medium-to-medium low heat source and steam for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. 
  • Remove from CanCooker and toss with the hot sauce until evenly coated.
