For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Red Potatoes Cut into bite size chunks
- 1 large Onion
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- CanCooker Original Creole Seasoning
Directions
- In a Non-Stick CanCooker Jr. or CanCooker Companion, add butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion and saute on low medium heat until onions are translucent. Stire in potatoes, latch lid and cook for additional 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Great tasting – I could not believe how quick that they were down while I was grilling my meat on the grill aside of the potatoes. Tasted great when added to the rest of my campfire supper.
