- In any non-stick CanCooker add spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, garlic, heavy cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack Cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
 - Stir until well combined.
 - Place CanCooker on a medium to low medium heat source.
 - Stirring occasionally, cook for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
 - Serve warm with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
