For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 12 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach - 1 box thawed
- ½ cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion diced
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- ⅔ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese grated
Directions
- In any non-stick CanCooker add spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, garlic, heavy cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack Cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
- Stir until well combined.
- Place CanCooker on a medium to low medium heat source.
- Stirring occasionally; cook for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
