For use with any CanCooker

Chicago – Style Spinach and Artichoke Dip


  • 12 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach - 1 box thawed
  • ½ cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
  • 1 tbsp Onion diced
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese grated


  • In any non-stick CanCooker add spinach, artichoke hearts, onion, garlic, heavy cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, Monterey Jack Cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Place CanCooker on a medium to low medium heat source.
  • Stirring occasionally; cook for 15 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your favorite crackers or tortilla chips.
