For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 1 cup Parboiled Rice
- 3-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 2 cups Water
Directions
- In a non-stick CanCooker Junior or Companion, mix the rice, cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place chicken breasts on top. Close lid and cook on low to medium for 20 minutes. Open and stir rice, close lid and simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken is done. Easy and delicious!

I have a can cooker and have only used once because I’m not sure about. So any recipes you could share would be great! Thank you -
I had to adjust the recipe after realizing I only had 3/4 Cup of rice. I added 3/4 Cup of a Knorr Broccoli Cheddar Rice package and adjusted the water amount to 3 cups. Used a dash of smoked paprika and coarse black pepper before serving. Everyone loved it.
Easy Family Favorite – I enjoyed this and had all of the ingredients on hand. Great for a week night meal.
