Chorizo Breakfast Hash

Chorizo Breakfast Hash

Prep Time - 10 minutes
Cook Time - 20 minutes


  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper Diced
  • ½ pound Pork Chorizo
  • 1 pound Baby Red Potatoes Diced
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • 3 Green Onions Sliced
  • 4 Large Eggs Fried (Optional)
  • 4 tbsp Sour Cream Optional
  • 4 tbsp Salsa Optional


  • Heat 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in any non-stick CanCooker over medium low heat and saute onion and bell pepper. Add chorizo and cook until chorizo is browned. Add diced potatoes and chili powder, stir to blend and place lid on CanCooker and steam for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally until potatoes are tender. Top with green onions and serve with your choice of fried eggs, salsa, or sour cream.
