Elk Venison, Sausage & Bean Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Elk Venison Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound Mild Pork Sausage Links (5-6 links)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Yellow Onions Chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 can Cannellini Beans (15 ounces)
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes (28 ounces)
  • 1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 5 Thyme Springs
  • 2 Bay Leaves

Directions

  • This is an easy one. Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, place all ingredients in CanCooker and place CanCooker onto a burner using medium low heat and heat until steaming. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
    Serve with toasted bread!
