For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Elk Venison Cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound Mild Pork Sausage Links (5-6 links)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Yellow Onions Chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 can Cannellini Beans (15 ounces)
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes (28 ounces)
- 1 can Chicken Broth (14.5 ounces)
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 5 Thyme Springs
- 2 Bay Leaves
Directions
- This is an easy one. Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, place all ingredients in CanCooker and place CanCooker onto a burner using medium low heat and heat until steaming. Cook for 30-45 minutes. Serve with toasted bread!
