For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
Sauce
- 2 10.5 ounce Cans French Onion Soup
- 1 large Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
- 2 tsp Thyme Chopped
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1½ cup Swiss Cheese
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tbsp CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
Directions
- In any non-stick Cancooker Jr or Companion cook onions and garlic on a medium low heat until translucent. When translucent add French onion soup, thyme, and Onion Pepper Seasoning. Place lid on CanCooker and simmer for 10 minutes to help reduce liquid. Meanwhile, mix ground chicken, ½ cup Swiss cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, Onion Pepper Seasoning and All Purpose Seasoning. Combine ingredients and form into 16 meatballs. Remove lid from the CanCooker and add meatballs to the sauce. Replace lid and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes. When meatballs are cooked; remove from the CanCooker and top with sauce. Garnish with remaining 1 cup Swiss cheese and serve immediately.
Love french onion anything! – I love french onion anything. I used pepper jack cheese to spice them up.
