For use with any CanCooker

Garlic Vegetable Sauté


  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (seeds & ribs removed) minced
  • 2 zucchini halved lengthwise & sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 tsp CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning


  • In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source melt the butter. 
  • Add garlic and jalapeño and cook until softened. 
  • Add zucchini, yellow and red bell pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes.  Season vegetables with CanCooker All Purpose Seasoned Salt and serve.

    Turned out great, only thing I’d alter is doubling the zucchini, because I love it so much!
