- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeds & ribs removed) minced
- 2 zucchini halved lengthwise & sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 tsp CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning
- In any CanCooker on a medium-to-medium low heat source melt the butter.
- Add garlic and jalapeño and cook until softened.
- Add zucchini, yellow and red bell pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. Season vegetables with CanCooker All Purpose Seasoned Salt and serve.
