For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2½ pounds Potatoes Peeled and Quartered
- 12 ounces Water
- ½ cup Butter Melted
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Minced
- 3 tbsp Fresh Chives Minced
- 3 tbsp Fresh Dill Or 3 tbsp Dill Weed
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp CanCooker Garlic Butter Seasoning
Directions
- Place potatoes in any CanCooker and cover with water. On a medium to medium low heat steam the potatoes until they are tender, approximately 20 -25 minutes. Using the CanCooker strainer lid drain the potatoes and transfer to a large serving bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
