For use with any CanCooker

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Potatoes Peeled and cut into 2' cubes
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper
- 12 ounces Water
Directions
- Insert rack into the CanCooker and coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray. Add potatoes and water. Close and latch lid; place on low/medium heat. Steam for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes into a colander and transfer to a bowl. Using a potato masher or electric mixer, slowly blend milk and butter into the potatoes until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Family Favorite – Our family loves mashed potatoes. Steamed have a lot more flavor to them.
