Sausage, Spinach and White Bean Soup

- Heat olive oil in any non-stick CanCooker over a low medium heat. Add sausage and cook until lightly brown, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic, onions, carrots, celery, beans, oregano, CanCooker Onion Pepper Seasoning, bay leaves and 4 cups of chicken broth. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add baby spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve.

- 2 cans Great Northern Beans
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
