Seth's Biscuits & Gravy

Cook Time - 20 minutes


  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits (16.3 ounces)
  • 1 pound Mild Breakfast Sausage
  • 14.5 ounce Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 8 ounce Package Cream Cheese


  • Bake biscuits as instructed on the can. Meanwhile, in a non-stick CanCooker Jr. or Companion cook sausage on a medium-low heat until browned. Add tomatoes with green chilies and cream cheese to the browned sausage. Stir frequently until all ingredients are blended. Serve immediately on top of baked biscuits.


  • Good recipe with only four ingredients – I love making this on weekends. Easy and Good.
