Sonja's Steampot

Prep Time - 15 minutes
Cook Time - 50 minutes


  • 1 package Kielbasa Sausage 1 inch sized chunks (13.5 ounces)
  • 1 pound Snow Crab Legs
  • 1 pound Fresh Shrimp Peeled & Deveined
  • 2 pounds Mini Red Potatoes Halved
  • 1 pound Baby Carrots
  • 4 ears Corn Cut into thirds
  • 1 bag Shrimp and Crab Boil Seasoning (3 ounces)
  • 5 tbsp CanCooker Creole Seasoning
  • 1 Lemon Halved
  • 1 can Beer
  • 1 cup Water


  • Place rack in can cooker and add beer and water.
    Top with the sausage, crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, carrots, corn, lemon and Seasonings; cover and cook on medium/low heat for 50 minutes.
    Serve with additional seasoning.

    We’ve made this recipe several times. It’s super easy, and super delicious. It has something for everyone.

    We vary the seafood depending on what’s available and leave out the carrots. We use a full beer instead of the beer and water combo. The alcohol cooks off. It’s always fantastic. Great foundation, with lots of flexibility. Thanks!
